CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Scott Builders Inc. is providing you and your company access to this confidential project information for the sole purpose of providing the proper tendering information for a specific tender and/or budget price as requested by Scott Builders Inc.

It is clearly understood and agreed by you that all documents, records and project information made available to you during the course of this tendering request will be kept strictly confidential by you and your company, and that the confidentiality of Scott Builders Inc. business is not compromised by you or the company you represent.

All drawings, specifications and documents shall remain the property of Scott Builders Inc. and be returned.

By agreeing to the above, you and your company separately and specifically covenant that the information provided to you by Scott Builders Inc. is maintained in a strictly confidential manner and not disclosed or disseminated to any other person(s) or companies under any circumstance.

Should Scott Builders Inc. verify that any person or company has been in breach of these Terms and Conditions as noted above, that person or company will be restricted from any future business dealings with Scott Builders Inc. as a whole.
